I love this question. It’s something my coaching clients often say. In the beginning, they had doubts. Could they justify spending time away from work to have coaching? What benefits would coaching bring to them, their team, their organisation?
Then they tried it. And they found it helped them to respond more effectively to stress. They noticed how they had a more positive attitude to challenges. They felt more open-minded about finding solutions. They discovered more resilience, energy and motivation.
