This programme is designed for busy executives who want fast-track support to optimise their leadership and positively impact their organisation.

Over one weekend, you’ll receive five accelerator coaching sessions while staying at a country house hotel. The distraction-free break, complete with fresh air and relaxing walks, is designed to help you unwind and fully engage in the learning.

Executive coaching includes:-

  • intro and follow-up meetings
  • three follow-up sessions
  • support between sessions
  • accommodation at Royal Berkshire Hotel in Ascot

121 AND GROUP COACHING

Coaching can support you during a challenging time or help you to resolve a specific organisational issue.

Using insight-based learning, guided reflections and exercises I work with you to achieve a successful outcome, whatever you need.

You can have coaching 1-2-1 or as a team/department of 6-8 people. To maximise coaching and give you faster results, I offer a programme of eight sessions within a four-month period, plus support between sessions.

Coaching includes:-

  • an intro meeting to discuss requirements
  • each session lasts 1-2 hours
  • a follow-up meeting to discuss outcomes

We've noticed increased confidence, ability to lead critical conversations, and deliver complex projects within timescales. I highly recommend this coaching programme to anyone who wants to develop, progress and achieve better results.
